Add the trainees you supervise and get them ready to log compliant hours
Supervision Studio is organization-based: supervisees join yourorganization, so they're covered by your plan and their records stay linked to your supervision. Here's the full path from a new organization to a trainee logging their first hour.
As a supervisor, create an organization the first time you sign in. Your organization is the shared workspace where you and your supervisees collaborate and where supervision records live.
Open your organization and use the invite option to add a supervisee — share your organization invite link/code or send an email invitation. Your supervisee creates a free account and joins your organization through that invite.
Once the supervisee has joined, create a supervisor assignment that links you to them, with their credential (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA), fieldwork type (supervised, concentrated, or intensive), and start date. The assignment is what authorizes supervision activity between you.
Create a supervision contract for the assignment and have both parties sign it. A trainee cannot log hours until there is an active contract covering the date of the work — this enforces the BACB requirement that supervision is agreed in advance.
With an active assignment and signed contract in place, your supervisee can log fieldwork hours, which arrive in your review queue for approval each month.
The free plan includes one supervisee. To supervise more trainees, upgrade to a paid plan — see pricing.
