Your right to erasure — how to permanently remove your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Supervision Studio account and the personal data we hold about you at any time, in line with GDPR and similar privacy regulations.

Export anything you need first
Deletion is permanent. Before requesting it, export your supervision records as PDF, CSV, or JSON so you keep copies of your fieldwork documentation.

Email your deletion request
Email privacy@supervisionstudio.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We confirm your identity through your account email before proceeding.

We process the erasure
Your personal data is deleted within 30 days. You’ll receive confirmation once it’s complete.

A few things to know

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you supervise others, supervision records your supervisees rely on for their own BACB documentation may be retained or anonymized as required.
We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records).
